Please note: Under the Horse Passport (England) Regulations it is a legal requirement for a new owner to update the ownership details on the passport with the Passport Issuing Organisation that issued the passport within 30 days of purchasing the horse or pony. Failure to do so is an offence and you could be fined by Trading Standards.
