The society is always keen to have new photos for the display stand and also for publication. However many of the photos sent to us are just not a big enough file size for printing at A4. The attached photo hopefully illustrates this,showing the pictures at their largest on my screen. The web is confusing because it can show photos at 70 kb filling your screen. Photos need to be at least 250kb and 300dpi. You can usually find this information by right clicking with your mouse on the photo.Most facebook photos are between 30 and 70kb We also need permission from the company that you bought the photo from-explain that they are for use on a publicity stand and that we will credit them .
