“Following recent discussions between the society and Forestry England, and in light of the current continuing Covid-19 situation, the society has made the difficult decision to cancel its annual Boxing Day Point to Point in 2020. This was a hard decision to make, but one that is perhaps inevitable given the circumstances we all face, and in the interests of public safety. The Point to Point sub-committee is already in discussions with relevant organisations and planning for the 2021 races.“
