We have received information from DEFRA stating that we cannot continue to register and issue equine passports for partbred New Forest Ponies, or over stamp other breeds passports as we have been doing in the past. The council are working to find a solution to this in time for the current breeding season, please bear with us whilst we work on that solution. This does not affect Registered New Forest Ponies (including those in the X-Register) nor any changes, amendments or transfers required to existing Part-Bred registrations or passports already issued.
