New home required for this mare - free - comes with 2 rugs that need a bit of stitching + headcollar + leadrope (farrier due 29/03/16)
This pony was bought from the Forest sales as a 6 yr old by a lady who was not a confident rider. She tried to back her herself unsuccessfully. The pony was then sold to another lady who hadnt done much riding, this lady had a dressage trainer lunge it for about a year and a parrelli instructor to do some ground work. The lady was bucked off and never rode again. The pony has been in a field for the past 10 years on her own. I have taken the pony to my field for company for my mare, they get on fine. She is ok to groom, rugs on and off, with farrier, and with dogs. I think she missed her injections last year, but I have wormed her.
Unforeseen circumstances mean that I have to move my mare and cannot take this pony with me. I think with someone confident who can re back her, she would make a nice little pony. Im in my 60's so those days have gone for me.
Pony is based in Market Lavington SN10 4DD about 20 mins from Stonehenge.
